Designing and prototyping for the Apple online store and Apple app store, specifically tailored to enhance the purchasing journey for the HomePod (released in January 2022) and the AirPods Pro 2nd generation (released in September 2023). My primary emphasis has been on optimizing the "Buyflow" process, addressing every facet of the purchasing journey.

The project has a range of interactive tasks requiring updates, and my responsibilities spanned from crafting imagery, refining text, optimizing iconography, conducting visual QA to modular adjustments to align with the latest changes. I collaborated closely with the Graphic, Copy, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with the Apple Design System.

Constructed a uniform purchasing experience for HomePod and associated items across web platforms, complete with mobile adaptability for seamless shopping convenience on diverse devices.
All steps of the purchase process - from when the customer hits the 'Buy' button until they receive the post-purchase 'Welcome' email.
After configuring a product, customers can add accessories to their shopping bag before checkout without leaving the Buyflow.

Crafting immersive retail experiences for October 2023 launch of the AirPods Pro 2nd which feature USB-C connectivity. These experiences are designed 17 screens to span across diverse platforms, including both Apple.com and the Apple App Store.
The AirPods Pro 2nd feature a comprehensive set of design enhancements that distinguish them from both their immediate predecessor. I have meticulously updated the Overview pages to reflect and showcase these innovative new features.
I have seamlessly updated the retail pages on Apple.com and synchronized them with the Apple Store app for mobile devices, ensuring a cohesive and integrated user experience. These updates were a collaborative effort, involving close coordination with cross-functional teams, including Design, Copy, Graphic, Production, and Engineering.
